Plan work that actually breaks down.
A work-breakdown-structure planner for organizations, teams, and hierarchical sheets — with List, Summary, and Calendar views, date or time scheduling, and clear ownership on every item.
Structured from the top down
Verdant mirrors how delivery orgs already work: an organization holds teams, teams own sheets, and every sheet is a WBS tree rooted at a main category.
01
Organization
Own members, roles, teams, invites, and org-scoped custom fields under one workspace.
02
Team
Group people and sheets. Team roles control who can edit, and team fields stay local.
03
Sheet
A hierarchical WBS: categories nest work items — tasks, milestones, and events.
One sheet, four ways to read it
Switch views without leaving the sheet. URL state keeps filters, selection, and the active view shareable.
List
Excel-like nested grid with PIC, tags, status, schedule, progress, column toggles, and density controls.
Summary
Sheet rollups — status mix, schedule health, and progress so the whole plan reads at a glance.
Calendar
Plans and actuals on a timeline, plus an org-level calendar across sheets.
Gantt
Dependency-aware bars for planned work, synced with list expand and detail.
Everything a breakdown needs
Built for planning and execution on the same hierarchical model — not a generic task list with indentation bolted on.
Hierarchical WBS
Nest categories under a pinned main root. Work items stay leaves — tasks, milestones, or events — with archive instead of silent delete.
Date or time mode
Schedule by calendar dates or precise timestamptz plans in the sheet timezone. Mode switches convert with an irreversible confirm.
Worktime Start / Stop
Record parallel actuals when worktime is enabled in time mode. Pause or mark done, with conflict prompts before starting another item.
People & PICs
Combined people list: org, team, sheet members, and guests. Assign PICs as member, guest, external, role, other, or unassigned.
View-only share links
Share a category subtree or a single work item via /share/… tokens. Editors manage multiple links with their own settings and expiry.
Roles & access
Org owner/admin/member, team edit/view, and sheet grants. Settings, invites, and mutations stay behind capability checks and RLS.
Tags, status & detail
Shared tags, status pills, optional 工数-weighted progress, forecasts, and a detail modal for plans, actuals, and full item fields.
Sheet settings
Mode, people, worktime, parallel duration, timezone, and rename live on a dedicated settings page — not cluttering the task toolbar.
From invite to shared subtree
Sign up, create an organization, invite teammates, open a sheet, and start breaking work down. When stakeholders need visibility without membership, send a view-only share link scoped to a category or a single item.
